Lesson Plan

In this lesson, students will complete a one-day inquiry to answer the question “Does the Constitution contain all of our rules? Students will examine Article I of the US Constitution and then use two case studies of historic congressional investigations to see the ways in which Congress’ power extends beyond its enumerated powers.
